Super Bowl Sunday

Unless the Packers or the Bears are playing in the Super Bowl, I have to admit, I really have no interest in who wins and loses.  And just to clarify: I'm a 'born and raised' Packer fan...but also a 'born and raised' Bear hater--so the only reason I look forward to the Bears being in the Super Bowl is to wholeheartedly cheer against them!  I'm dating a Bears fan, and although my family has accepted him, I think there's still a little latent "How could even think about bringing a Bears fan home to meet us?!"--But it's just a running joke now!

See, told you, I was raised this way--Go Pack!!!

Anyways, so this year's Super Bowl wasn't as exciting as last years (GO PACK!)  I wasn't quite sure who to root for: I used to have a huge crush on Tom Brady---but I'm a fan of the Mannings, and having seen the Giants at a summer training camp up in Albany, NY a few years ago, I decided to go for the Giants.

I also happened to be watching the game with a bunch of Giants fans, so in order to avoid a beating, I felt like this was the right decision!

Today's outfit, rather simple--but hey--it's actual clothing on a Sunday--A CHALLENGE FIRST!  I love this sweater, even though it has an ever-growing hole in the side from getting caught in the washer, but I just put my arm over it, and no one ever has to know!  It's been ridiculously nice out for this time of year (7 more weeks of winter my ass Mr. Groundhog), so I'm trying to take advantage and wear my "spring" clothing before I'm forced to retreat back to whatever keeps me warm!
Sweater: Old Navy
Jeans: AE
Two of my favorite necklaces:
1. Gift from Andy (Top)
2. Clover: Bought at a Native American Bazaar near the Grand Canyon

Fossil Watch (Bought at Marshalls for $40--one of my best deals, I must say!)

Shoes: Coach (bought on sale at Macys)

And just a few pics from the SB Party!
Me and my "Office Wife" Jaemia :)
Drink of Choice: Jack on the rocks! (yes, I AM a whiskey girl)

Watching Madonna at halftime

Giants victory dance!

And my winner for best Super Bowl Commercial:
DORITOS, with the dog bribing the owner about the missing cat!

Close second:
The dog who thought he was too fat to fit through the doggie door

Yes, my winners are based on who had cute dogs in their commercials--dogs are one of my many weak spots!
